Good to know. I just did a set of shrugs the other day with about 475…it’s the most weight I used. Do you have any thoughts about using a belt? I’ve gotten conflicting advice (about how tight to make it, etc..) and have one sitting at home, but haven’t used it yet.

Very impressive strength. Are the shrugs just with straps and w/o a belt?
Once I go over 495 I will use a belt and straps. Many times I will use no straps at all. Thanks for watching and checking out the site.
