    • Once I go over 495 I will use a belt and straps. Many times I will use no straps at all. Thanks for watching and checking out the site.

  1. Good to know. I just did a set of shrugs the other day with about 475…it’s the most weight I used. Do you have any thoughts about using a belt? I’ve gotten conflicting advice (about how tight to make it, etc..) and have one sitting at home, but haven’t used it yet.
