I just got through watching Bud Jeffries EXTREME POWER with Isometrics and must say I’m impressed. Bud sent this to me and asked if I would give him an honest assesment of what I thought about the product.

Bud being a mentor of mine, made this an honor for me that he would ask my opinion.

He new that I would be honest and tell him if I thought it was good or not.

First of all anything Bud jeffries puts out is going to be great material. The man knows his stuff when it comes to Strength, Weight loss and Conditioning. He is a great author and practioneer of what he preaches.
So I really did not even have to watch the 3 disc set because I already new it would be GOLD for any strength enthusiast.

However that being said, I did watch it. And I walked away knowing more about Isometrics than I had before viewing the product. I have practiced Isometrics periodically throughout my training mainly with my neck and for pushing against an object to represent what I would face in a grappling situation.

So I was curious to see Bud’s take on this often “bashed” style of training.

Bud explains where he stands on the use of Isometrics, where they have their place, how they can be used to build more power in certain postions of an exercise, how they can help build muscular endurance as well as a variety of ways to use incorporate them in to your training.

I learned some new variations I had not seen before.

Bud explains everything in a very simple and easy format that anyone can follow.

It is my opinon that anyone interested in taking their training to another level should order this 3 disc set.

It has something to offer everyone from the beginner to the advanced trainee like myself.

Our body moves in many different ways, this dvd gives us the ability to build our muscles from many different angles in a new way that is often overlooked but been around for many , many years.

So go “Old-School” and try this out, you won’t be dissapointed.
