Ashley is down a few sizes, her overall fitness is much better, she is now starting to see muscle tone, her legs are smaller, waist is smaller and she even has some abdominal muscles showing up. Ashley can hang with the top of the pack in our class and is often put out front for others to follow because her form is always on target.

Karla is done multiple sizes, she is also down in weight, she told me that she is fitting into clothes that she has not been able to wear in a long time. Karla has also started to develop definition in her shoulders, triceps, biceps and her chest. Her overall strength is way up as well as her conditioning. Karla looks fabulous and never slacks, always giving a maximum effort when training.
