Did not feel strong, really wore out but went at it anyway since my training partner said to push onward. Safety bar squats (hams to calfs) 245×5, 5, 335×3 sets of 3 a PR for me! Good mornings light 155 2 sets of 12 BB Reverse Lunge light 2 sets with 95lbs for 10′s Sit-ups [...]
