Hi Mike, I keep hitting a 404 page when trying to buy your Total Neck Training. Is there another way I can purchase it?

Andy,

The way I would do it is to get a weight say 95lbs and perform 5 reps with it. Use this same weight until you reach 10 reps.
Then once 10 reps is reached you increase the weight so that you only get 5 reps. Then continue with this weight until you get 10 reps again.

Repeat the process.
