Here are what others have to say about Let the Stretching Begin:
This DVD is a exceptional introduction to the fundamental techniques of Catch Wrestling as practiced by Mike. The initial section on footwork is rock-solid and is an often overlooked topic.
Mike is a stickler about position first, and does a great job dissecting the nuts and bolts of the double and single leg take-downs. He also tosses in a variation or two that even seasoned wrestlers may not be familiar with.
One of my favorite sections comes next, where Mike teaches effective ‘fakes’ which allow you to close on your opponent in order to take him down. Mike also teaches what I refer to as “pressure fakes” where he explains, without any mystical mumbo-jumbo, exactly how to use an opponent’s energy against them.
After Mike’s thorough explanation of how to get close to and control an opponent to the ground, comes an exhaustive section on submissions/cranks/hooks. The instruction in this section is crystal-clear and highly detailed. Here again, Mike will surprise you with new approaches and enhancements to techniques you thought you knew well.
This collection of material is enjoyable and informative. With any luck, Mike will continue to hold open the door to his knowledge-vault and share more of his methods. I highly recommend this DVD!

This is great news! You’re becoming one of my heroes. You’re a Christian, Physical Culturist and Submission Wrestler at the same time! I’m also all three (still learning Catch)and I will immediately snatch up the DVD as soon as it comes out! Praise the LORD!
That really captures the spirit of it. Thanks for psiontg.
I really appreciate the kind words brother. I was a submission wrestler from 1996-2000. This dvd also comes with a bonus dvd of some of my matches from between 1997-2000. I’ll be taking orders shortly, this will be ready to ship come March 7th.
Keep the Faith,
